Tatyana Bulgakova - CEO
Tatyana serves as the President and CEO of Lena River Productions and Distribution. She is responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations. Tatyana is responsible for identifying and executing all growth opportunities for both North American and international distribution.
Under Tatyana's leadership, Lena River has established a reputation for being filmmaker-friendly, with an emphasis on transparency and a high level of integrity. Lena River is unique because it allows producers control of their destiny with open book accounting and near-instant accessibility to all staff.
Prior to starting Lena River Productions and Distribution, Tatyana served as CEO of 360 Studios, where she managed sales and acquisitions, holding a number of key positions in independent feature film, commercial, television and music video productions
Ellis Robin - Legal Council
Ellis Robin has been practicing law for almost 40 years, with his office located at the foot of the Santa Monica Pier, and handles all aspects of legal issues involved in film production, from financing to line production and distribution.
Aleksandr Gaffner - Producer, Company Representative in Russia
Alex Gaffner is an Organizer and participant of film festivals, selection and attraction of actors for film and theater projects, promotion of projects in the music and film industry, head of the logistics Department in a large company.
Dee D. Cozier - Music Supervisor
We are pleased to announce that DDE Records LTD, the noted British company, has agreed to work in concert with Lena River Productions.
Jason Loughridge - CEO Project 8 Films
Jason Loughridge is the president and CEO of Project 8 Films. Prior to establishing his own production company, he served as president of HIP Films which has produced feature films, TV shows, and music videos. Jason has built a solid reputation for the quality of his work, while completing projects on time and within budget. Project 8 Films will be working in conjunction with Lena River Productions.
Brian Oppenheimer - Writer/Producer
Writer/Producer Brian Oppenheimer’s work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, on the stage and the small and large screen. He is the author of 13 screenplays -- all optioned, commissioned, purchased and/or produced -- and of 5 produced teleplays. He recently completed his first novel, Apotheosis.
He has collaborated on projects with Martin Sheen, Stacy Keach, Daniel Stern and many other notable actors. He is a Blue Ribbon judge for the Humanitas Prize and has also been a judge for the City of Angels Film Festival, Pepperdine Student Film Festival and the Malibu Film Festival.
Barbara Gangi - Producer
Barbara Gangi is a diverse and creative producer who has developed and produced projects for ABC/Paramount Television, The History Channel, A&E and The Hallmark Hall of Fame. Her movie, The Lost Valentine which ran on CBS garnered over 15 million viewers and continues to run frequently on the Hallmark Channel as one of their highest rated films.
Barbara is partners with Brian Oppenheimer in their company Driving Force, Inc. developing both television and theatrical projects. She was a long-time Blue Ribbon judge for The Humanitas Prize, The Angeles Awards, Pepperdine Film Festival and City of Angels Film Festival. She is an active member of The Producers Guild and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Natasha Cohen - Set Designer
Natasha Cohen was educated at the best schools in the Ukraine. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Arts and also has a Masters Degree in Music. Natasha ran the successful art gallery, ACE, in Beverly Hills while working toward her credentials in interior design. Her qualifications and success in her profession eventually expanded to a career as a set designer for feature films.
ASSOCIATES
Aziz Tazi - Producer - Director
Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Aziz received his education at the Ecole Centrale Institute of Engineering Research and Education in Paris, and at the University of California, Berkeley. Aziz has been involved in filmmaking since his early childhood. He starting by making “game movies,” and rapidly gained European and North African popularity, receiving awards for Best Visual Effects and Best Cinematic Innovation. In 2012, he wrote, directed and produced Imago, a psychological thriller dealing with paranoia and madness. It was screened at various international film festivals and opened the 2013 Arab Film Festival in Los Angeles. Next, Aziz wrote and directed the acclaimed PBS documentary about successful Arab leaders in the U.S. titled, Arab Stories: Bay Area. Aziz is currently in negotiations to produce 14 more episodes. Aziz also runs the Arab Film Festival in Los Angeles and recently made the cover of Morocco's widely regarded Challenge Magazine, and was voted as one of the Top 50 Men of the Year 2013 by VH Magazine, alongside prominent figures in the political and economic spectrum.
